* Note: All buyers have to confirm their order with Telegraphic Transfer (TT) Bank Transfer Payment before we register your order and proceed with the shipping preparation. Immediately You're done with the payment, we shall register your order and proceed with the Packing and shipment as soon as possible within 3 to 4 days. Your order is ready for shipment and we shall proceed immediately.
ORDER PROCEDURES
1) First: Buyer contact, We send products and price list.
2) Second: Buyer send details for invoice and the date to confirm the order with TT Bank transfer payment, We issue an invoice for the buyer to use in making the payment.
3) Third: The buyer make order confirmation only by T/T bank to Bank Transfer Payment. We don't accept any other form of payment except Crypto.
4) Fourth: We prepare and get ready to proceed with the shipment after 5 days from the order confirmation payment date. For small order below 3 40ft containers and 7 to 8 days above 540ft containers.
5) Fifth: We start the Shipping preparation documents:
– Day one: We book for the BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION / SGS inspection team to come and do the SGS according to the buyer quantity for shipment with respect to the destination country BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION / SGS requirements and buyer is also allow to do additional SGS Inspection on arrival of the goods to the destination port.
– Day two: We book for the BL Draft with respect to the destination country requirements.
– Day Three: We pay the exportation taxes of the goods ready for departure.
– Day Four: We take the goods to the shipping port for Parking list and Original BL for the shipment.
– Day Five: Hopefully departure of the goods to the destination country.
# Note: OUR COMPANY RECEIVES PAYMENT BY T/T BANK TO BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT OR CRYPTO CURRENCY BEFORE OUR SALES MANAGER SIGN OUT ALL CLIENTS ORDER TO BE TAKEN OUT AND REGISTER FOR SHIPPING.
